The location of this hotel is perfect for easy access to MG Road and other attractions in Gangtok. I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed exploring the city from here. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was ideal for our romantic getaway, as we were able to easily access local shopping areas. We enjoyed the breathtaking views from our room and appreciated the comfortable amenities provided to us during our stay.
The quality of the food offered was subpar and we were asked to pay extra for many services that we believed should have been included. we found that some staff members were less than helpful and impolite.

The hotel is situated at a strategic location that makes it effortless to explore the nearby attractions. the comfortable rooms and excellent hospitality are the best aspects of the hotel that you can expect. the hotel's spa and fitness facilities are remarkable for the guests who like to stay fit even on vacation.
The service of the staff was not very pleasant. They charged for every small item and falsely blamed the guests for products they had already damaged.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

the views from the room were breathtaking and the facilities were comfortable and clean. the staff were always helpful, especially when serving the delicious breakfast spread each morning.
